Welcome! I’m Maro, founder of the “Transform Mind & Body” in Greece.
I guide private sessions, group experiences, immersive group and 1-1 retreats that integrate breathwork, somatic yoga, fascia release, and embodied coaching. 

My work focuses on nervous system regulation, life transitions, emotional balance, and sustainable transformation. After years working in communications and advertising, I reached a point where everything looked successful on the outside, but didn’t feel aligned on the inside. That experience led me into a deeper exploration of yoga, breathwork, coaching and somatic practices. Through my own life transitions, travel and personal work, I began to understand how deeply the body holds stress, emotion and direction. Today, I support people who are going through their own transitions to reconnect with themselves and move forward with clarity, balance and trust. I don’t offer quick fixes — I offer space for real reconnection.
