I work with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected from themselves and support them to reconnect with their body, regulate their nervous system and gain clarity on their next step. My approach combines coaching, somatic yoga and breathwork to support real, embodied transformation, not just mindset change.

I know what it’s like to feel unsure, stuck, craving change. My path changed when I left my job and moved to Myanmar out of my comfort zone. I’ve been through burnout, transitions and moments of deep uncertainty and I know how disorienting it can feel when you know something needs to change but you don’t know what. That’s why I don’t offer quick fixes. I offer space, structure and support for real change to happen from the inside out.

After years working in communications and advertising, I started to feel a growing disconnect between my external success and my internal state. In search of something more meaningful, I made a life-changing decision to leave my corporate path and move to Myanmar. That period opened a completely different way of experiencing life, depth, and inner exploration. My dream came true by joining  Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) mission in Nigeria, an experience that exposed me to human resilience, stress and vulnerability in a very real and grounded way.

These experiences deeply shaped my understanding of how people navigate pressure, uncertainty and life transitions.

Today, I bring together everything I have learned to support people who feel stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected. I help them reconnect with their body, regulate their nervous system and move forward with clarity, trust and inner stability. Cause, I don’t see life transitions as something to fear but as an opportunity to return to yourself.

My Approach

A blend of Somatics, Hatha and Vinyasa sequences, tailored to meet you where you are, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned practitioner. Each session supports strength, flexibility, and inner calm, with personalized guidance and adjustments to honor your unique body and needs.

The Transformative Life Transition Method™ is a structured 1:1 coaching and mentoring experience designed for individuals at a crossroads. Blending strategic transition design with embodied mind–body practices, the sessions support purposeful evolution, helping you realign, redesign and rise with clarity and grounded confidence.

Simple, intentional breathing techniques that calm the nervous system and support the release of emotional blockages, both past and present. In each session, I guide you through breath-based practices to help process thoughts, sensations, and emotions, offering a powerful tool for healing, clarity, and inner resilience.

An ancient Japanese technique for stress reduction and energetic healing. Through gentle, energetic touch, it helps ease stress, balance emotions, and release emotional blocks, both past and present. During the session, I place my hands lightly on or just above your body to support the free flow of energy.
