My journey began in 2009 with yoga, which became my anchor during a period of burnout and overwhelm. Yoga taught me clarity, resilience, and self-love, guiding me to discover my true purpose and confidence. Over the years, I’ve traveled through Asia, Africa, and Europe, learning from diverse yoga traditions, meditation practices, and energy healing approaches. Today, as a Holistic Yoga & Wellness guide in Greece, I combine these experiences into a unique, playful, and authentic holistic method that supports transformation on all levels. I help people integrate mindfulness and personal growth into daily life, balancing careers, responsibilities, and self-care while reconnecting with their inner strength.

An ancient Japanese technique for stress reduction and energetic healing. Through gentle, energetic touch, it helps ease stress, balance emotions, and release emotional blocks, both past and present. During the session, I place my hands lightly on or just above your body to support the free flow of energy.
